Inovalp, a subsidiary of Novadev specializing in the design and manufacturing of Hoben wood burning stoves, integrated at the beginning of May 2017 the new industrial site of 5000 m² that was acquired by Evolem in La Mûre (Isère).
The second step of this reorganisation : the building of the head office that will adjoin the production and shipping areas (photos opposite).
Christophe Broguière, the Real Estate Director of Evolem, and Yann Denance, CEO of Inovalp, and their teams, have worked on the creation of a tertiary building of 500 m² with a wooden framework that meets the latest environment standards. The performance of the implemented insulation will allow the testing of the heating of the building with renewable energy, produced by two HOBEN wood pellets stoves.
This building will receive the R & D teams, marketing, sales administration and lean methods. All the Inovalp’s services will be gathered together on one single site.
