In 2017, EVOLEM CITOYEN and EVOLEM teamed up with INSIGN in order to co-found EDENSCHOOL. This school is aimed at less than 18s who had been excluded or risked being excluded from mainstream schools. They will be trained for 2 years in mobile and web development. This school will introduce them to real-life situations with ⅔ hands-on training and ⅓ theory. Edenschool welcomed its first pupils in September 2017 in Villeurbanne.

EVOLEM CITOYEN supports employment programs for young people, notably the program PERLE, developed by Foyer Notre-Dame des Sans-Abri. It is a dedicated program for people living in accommodation centres. There are also other employment programs such as 100 Chances, 100 Emplois and many other initiatives which are listed on the EVOLEM CITOYEN website!
